While Discovering Your Church's Next Step is an enjoyable, and relatively easy workshop to facilitate, it does require a capable, active leader to guide the process. The greater the number of participants, the more important the role of facilitator is. When the number of participants grows beyond 25, table guides are extremely helpful. These co-facilitators can be assigned to individual tables or float between several. The confidence of all facilitators as well as your workshop's process and ultimate outcome will be greatly enhanced when you provide them training with Dr. Nybo
