What are Micro-Actions of Kindness?

We talk about 3 vital behaviors that are Micro-actions of kindness specifically related to employee engagement, loyalty, and trust.

For example, writing notes is both an incredibly important behavior and a largely lost skill.

As a micro-action, writing notes becomes a manager's small, repeatable act of kindness that builds loyalty among their direct reports.

Of course, micro-actions of kindness don't have to stop there. Note writing spills over into emails. tweets, phone messages, to colleagues and customers.
