ABOUT US

At NealNybo.com we know you are the kind of people who want to be positive influencers at home, at work, and in the community. To make that kind of difference, you need simple and easy ways to make kindness and positivity a more consistent, everyday, part of your life, or the life of your organization.

The problem is, none of us have enough time or even enough ideas to be kind regularly which makes us feel frustrated at the end of the day when we can’t remember a single act of kindness we practiced.

We believe each of us would rise to the occasion and have a positive impact if we just had a few actions at our fingertips and on the tips of our tongues when those opportunities to be kind came along. We understand the difference between having good intentions for a few days and changing our habits for a lifetime.

That’s why we created 30 micro-actions so natural, so easy, that they become second nature. These are actions so tiny, it is almost easier to do them than not to do them. And, we have developed the workbook and training to turn intentions into habits.

Here’s how it works. First, download and read the free excerpt from our workbook Workplace Positivity. Get excited about the possibilities. Second, order the book from Amazon. You will discover it really is a workbook filled with practical worksheets on all thirty micro-actions. Third, schedule a conversation with Neal Nybo.

Find out which services will work best for you – Motivational Seminars, Team Training, Executive Cohorts, or all of them. Now you can stop being frustrated with the level of negativity around you and start being the influencer you want to be and you want the people in your organization to be. Add more kindness and positivity to your home, work, and community.

"Micro-actions are actions so small, so easy...one small action, repeatedly, over long periods of time. It's the compounding effect of incremental change, and it's awesome."

Micro-actions of Kindness are vital behaviors designed to empower managers and increase employee positivity, loyalty, and trust.
