80% of managers aren't helping

After employee surveys are collected and management retreats are over, "80% of managers don't implement engagement strategies they help develop."

An employee focused, manager friendly, simple strategy

Micro-actions of kindness are vital behaviors designed to empower managers and increase employee engagement, loyalty, and trust.

What are Micro-Actions of Kindness?

"Micro-actions are actions so small, so easy, that they hardly feel worth doing. When we think of things like this (if we ever do) we often think about how taking one small action, repeatedly, over long periods of time, adds up. It's the compounding effect of incremental change, and it's awesome."

We talk about 3 vital behaviors that are Micro-actions of kindness specifically related to employee engagement, loyalty, and trust.

For example, writing notes is both an incredibly important behavior and a largely lost skill.

As a micro-action, writing notes becomes a manager's small, repeatable act of kindness that builds loyalty among their direct reports.

Of course, micro-actions of kindness don't have to stop there. Note writing spills over into emails. tweets, phone messages, to colleagues and customers.
