We talk about 3 vital behaviors that are Micro-actions of kindness specifically related to employee engagement, loyalty, and trust.
For example, writing notes is both an incredibly important behavior and a largely lost skill.
As a micro-action, writing notes becomes a manager's small, repeatable act of kindness that builds loyalty among their direct reports.
