Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center has one of the greatest locations on Lake Tahoe. With thousands of guests served every year. As space fills up and new opportunities arise, the staff and board of directors invited me to lead them through my discovery process. More than fifty participants provided incredible feedback. I just spent a day of follow up with a great team who has summarized the findings. Next step is working with key leaders on planning and implementation strategies.
